We’re excited to begin this journey together. While we’ve joined forces as one company, we know that becoming one team is a process—one that takes thoughtful planning, open communication, and a shared commitment to a successful future.
This page is your go-to spot for integration updates, support, helpful links, and upcoming milestones.
We’ve developed a playbook to guide this process, but it’s important to know that our plan is designed to evolve. Over the next 30–60 days, we’ll learn from each other—refining processes, identifying new opportunities, and supporting each team member through change.
Integration happens in phases, starting with onboarding and cultural alignment, and expanding into what we call technical integration—not IT, but rather the thoughtful merging of how we deliver civil engineering and land surveying services. From there, we’ll explore additional areas of expertise and how to bring them together in ways that enhance value for our clients and opportunities for our people.
We’re not just merging systems—we’re building a unified team that honors the strengths of both firms. Our integration goals include:
Ensuring business continuity
Maintaining high employee engagement and retention
Strengthening alignment in culture and values
Preserving and growing client relationships
Creating a smooth experience for both teams
We use the term “Fully Integrated” to describe the point at which we are operating as one company in a unified, consistent, and aligned way. This includes:
Shared tools, systems, and standards across departments
Consistent client experience across all services
Collaborative technical teams delivering projects together
Clear internal and external brand alignment
Integrated leadership and decision-making structures
This is a milestone we’ll reach together—not overnight, but with steady progress.
